CNG Dehydration Device  
 
CNG dehydration device is a carefully designed and manufactured product series based on the advanced international technology combined with the Companys design and manufacturing experience in producing gas dehydration, gas separation and filtration equipment for CNG filling station.
 
PRE-DEHYRATION DEVICE
The Pre-dehydration Device is installed at the compressor inlet and is suitable for CNG filling station of over 0.3MPa (not less than 0.15MPa) city pipeline pressure.
To meet the various market requirements, we can provide advanced/standard/lower series products, respectively, according to the users selection of semi-automatic, full-automatic and zero discharge process.
 
Features:
The adsorption system and the regeneration system are independent and there is no interference between them. When the equipment is in operation, the regeneration works in a closed cycle and the source of the regeneration gas does nothing to the discharge and the external environment.
The unique design of the regeneration system ensures the pressure stability during the heating and cooling regeneration processes.
The pre-dehydration device can effectively protect the compressor from oil, water, and dust contaminations.
The little or no pressure difference between adsorption and regeneration and the no brushing of high speed flow on the adsorbent during the switching ensures the long life of the adsorbent.
The 15% to 30% adsorption capability allowance of the device ensures its normal operation when the inlet pressure, the moisture content and the gas composition happen to wave or fluctuate.
The reasonable arrangement and good adaptability of the pre-dehydration device make it the first choice internationally.
 
The Full-automatic Pre-dehydration Device
Features:
No operator is needed for the full-automatic pre-dehydration device and all its operations are achieved automatically. Little natural gas will ooze out during the switching. The device is suitable for CNG filling station of automation.
 
The Zero Discharge Pre-Dehydration Device
Features:
The zero discharge dehydration device is a patent product of our company. The regeneration system works under the same pipeline pressure and there is no discharge of gas in the whole process, characterized by its energy saving, environment protection and safety. The device is especially used for the area of higher pipeline pressure and the mother filling station of large scale.
 
 
INTERSTAGE DEHYDRATION DEVICE
The device is installed at the first stage outlet of the compressor (and it also can be installed at the second stage outlet, but the proper operating pressure must be lower than 4.0MPa). The product series is used when the city pipeline pressure is too low (or the investment on pre-dehydration is too high) and the compressor may extra slots for further connection.
 
Flow process:
The gas flow enters the pre-filter via the first stage (or the second stage) of compressor to have the free oil, water and dust particles removed and then goes into Tower A through valve 1; the dehydrated gas in Tower A flows to the outlet via the check valve and the post-filter.
The regeneration gas is a by-pass stream from the device outlet and is led into the heater through the recycle blower; then the heated gas enters the desorption layer of Tower B via the check valve and goes into the cooler via valve 4; the gas has the liquid water separated after cooling and then returns to the device inlet piping.
 
Features:
The device can raise the pressure grade properly, resulting in reducing the size of the device and lowering both the production and operation costs.
The low pressure pre-regeneration and zero discharge enable the device to absorb and regenerate under the same pressure, switchover without exhaust loss and finish the regeneration independently without being influenced by the compressor shutdown.
 
POST DEHYDRATION DEVICE
The device is installed between the outlet and the sequence control switchover panel of the compressor. The series is used when the city pipeline pressure is too low (namely, the investment on pre-dehydration device is too high), or there is no slot for inter connection on the compressor. There are two modes: manual and automatic, the adsorption cycle of which is 8~12 hours for the normal and 4~6 hours for the truck mounted.
 
Features:
The device is applied to medium and small scale filling stations because of its small size and light weight; the initial investment of this device is lesser than that of the pre-dehydration, but the operating cost is higher.
The device integrates the drying, filtering, pressure-holding valve and pressure reducer.
The gas well (or the bottles) are required to be free of natural contamination and the buffer tank in front of compressor be big enough.
The indoor installment makes the device elegant.
The well is required to stick to the fine design and operation regulations of the regeneration gas and its discharge.
