CNG boosters

1, Purpose: To solving the problems caused by low suction pressure in some places, we have developed the series of CNG booster, which is used to enhance the pressure of the natural gas from the pipeline and supply gas with stable pressure for the main compressing system of the CNG station. Compressors of the stations equipped with the CNG booster can work more efficiently with longer service lifetime. This compressor is suitable to the conditions with the rated inlet pressure range being from 0 to 1.0Mpa, the rated outlet pressure 0.25 to 6.0Mpa and the discharging capacity range 100 to 4000 Nm3/h...

2, Features & Advantages: L type, D type, V type and Z type are available for CNG booster, which designed as air or water cooling, stationary reciprocating piston with crosshead. The cylinder and packing gland are oil-lubricated or less oil lubricated. The piston ring and gland sealing ring are made of PTFE so that the compressor is well self-lubricated and wearable, therefore the discharged compressed natural gas will be very clean after being cooled and separated due to its low oil. CNG booster is of whole package on skid, with that it is easier to optimize the body of the machine, motor, coolers, separators, pipelines onto a skid.
